Terms of Service
Effective [date]
These terms apply to your use of NextCall, operated by [operator name]. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you use NextCall for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for that business.
What NextCall is
A tool for recording customer inquiries, assigning follow-ups and recording whether inquiries booked. It works alongside your existing scheduling or field-service software and doesn't replace it. NextCall does not contact your customers, and it makes no promise about how many inquiries you'll receive or book.
Early-stage service
NextCall is in an early pilot stage. Features may change, and it may occasionally be unavailable. Keep your own records of anything critical, and use the export feature to download your data whenever you like.
Your account
- Keep your password private, and tell your workspace owner promptly if you think it has been exposed.
- Workspace owners control who can join their workspace and what each person can do.
Your data and your customers
- You keep ownership of the information you enter. We use it only to provide the service.
- You are responsible for having the right to record your customers' details, and for contacting customers lawfully, including any rules about calls and text messages.
- Don't enter payment card numbers, government ID numbers or similarly sensitive information.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse NextCall. For example, don't try to access other businesses' data, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or use it to harass anyone.
Fees
Any fees will be agreed with you in writing before you're charged. Free and pilot access may end with reasonable notice.
Ending your use
You can stop using NextCall at any time and ask us to delete your workspace by emailing [contact email]. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We'll give you a chance to export your data unless the law or a security issue prevents it.
Disclaimers and liability
NextCall is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify account owners. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
